Drafted a $300,000 grant and preliminary work plan for Tarrytown to make the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail more accessible for disabled people and safer for all users.
Work was executed in the spring of 2019, including new curb ramps, crosswalks, yield signs, surface smoothing, and shrub clearing.
